Order cancellation before dispatch
Order received with a defect
Change of mind (within the legal cooling-off period)
Product damaged due to a manufacturing defect
Returns or change of mind: within 14 calendar days of receipt (in accordance with EU law)
Manufacturing defects: within 30 calendar days of delivery
Credit Card: Refund may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear
Bank Transfer (IBAN): Processed within 10 business days after return confirmation
Instant Transfer (e.g. SEPA Instant): Within 5 business days

You must send the product within 7 days
Once the product is received:
If refund: it will be processed via your original payment method
If exchange: a new product will be sent, and a tracking code will be provided
