In accordance with EU law, you have up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return, no justification required.

Date you received the order
The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back in its original packaging and condition, including tags.
For hygiene reasons, shapewear and intimate garments will only be accepted if sealed and not tried on.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
If you are returning a product due to personal choice or change of mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If the item is defective or you received the wrong product, Use Body will cover the return shipping costs.
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order on our website.
