Product name
Order number
Email used at checkout
Reason for return or exchange
Photo or video proof (for defective items)
You must request the return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (as per EU consumer law).
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
Our support team will review your request and send you detailed instructions.
For defective items, we’ll first evaluate the video or photos provided before approving the return.
You will receive a return shipping label by email.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with the approved action (refund or exchange).
Refund: issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Exchange: you may select a product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
If the item is defective within 14 days of receipt, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.
Returns of discounted products follow the same policy. Refunds are issued based on the amount paid, not the original price.
Return shipping is free for all approved return reasons (defect, incorrect product, size issue, or change of mind).
